Broadcasts and sequences
Send one message to many people now or later, or a few timed messages in a row. Meta's 24 hour rule applies to both.
Connect other apps: webhooks and the Chat API
Send Chat events to Zapier, Make or your own script, and use an API token to find people, tag them, or start a flow.
Create a campaign: what to promote, cap, and audience
Pick an event or paste a link, choose what counts as a result, set the most you will ever spend, say who it is for, then approve the plan.
Host a landing page and collect signups
Let AdGo host a simple signup page for your ad. Signups are counted, added to your contacts, and can be downloaded.
Set up the first hello: welcome, questions and menu
Pick a welcome flow for first messages, up to 4 questions people can tap, and a menu of up to 3 items.
The Chat inbox and your team
Answer messages by hand, assign conversations, add labels, and give volunteers an inbox only role.
What is Chat?
Chat answers comments and messages on Instagram and Facebook Messenger for you, with flows you build or start from a template.
Write ad copy from your plan
Turn your plan into ad headlines and text. Each ad is checked against ad policy and Meta's length limits before it shows.
Quick answers
How do I pause or restart a campaign? 路 AdGo
Go to Ads and click the campaign. While it runs, click Pause. Spending stops.
To start again, click Resume and confirm. The same cap still applies. Resuming takes someone who can publish Ads, like an owner, an admin, or a Manager on Ads.
Resume is refused when spend is already at 95 percent of the cap, when spending has run far ahead of pace, or when the campaign has ended. To keep going after it ends, plan a new campaign.
A campaign can also pause on its own. The page says why next to Paused:
- The spend guard paused it near the cap or for spending too fast.
- Landing page is down: every few minutes AdGo checks that the page or link you promote loads. If it does not, the campaign pauses so no money goes to a broken page.
There is no delete button for a campaign today. Pause it, or let it end.
How does the spending cap protect me? 路 AdGo
The cap is a wall, not a target. A 5 percent safety margin (at least $15) comes off the top before the plan is written, and then a guard checks spend every 30 minutes:
- 80 percent of the cap: you get an email. Nothing changes.
- 90 percent: the daily budget is turned down so the rest lands under the cap. You get an email.
- 95 percent: the campaign pauses. You get an email.
- Spending more than twice as fast as planned: the campaign pauses, even under the cap.
The emails go to the person who approved the campaign. The campaign page shows how much is spent against the cap with a progress bar, and says when the guard turned the daily budget down.
A daily advisor also reads the campaign once a day. It can only slow spending, never raise it.
What do the weekly reports tell me? 路 AdGo
Every Monday, AdGo emails the person who approved the campaign. The report says how many results came in this week and since the campaign began, how much was spent against the cap, and repeats the plan. Every number is checked before the email goes out.
A result matches the campaign's goal: tickets, signups, bookings, gifts, or leads. The count is every one since the campaign started, not only ones from ads.
For a visits goal, or sales on a link to another website, SizzleGo cannot count results on its own yet. The campaign page shows Soon there.
Want it now? On a running or paused campaign, click Email me this week's report now. Past reports are listed under Weekly reports.
Each report email uses 1 credit.
What does "Ready, waiting on Meta" mean? 路 AdGo
It means your plan is approved and marked ready, but SizzleGo's connection to Meta is still waiting on Meta's approval. Nothing is spending. The Ads page shows a note while Meta is not connected yet, and says we will email you when campaigns can start.
While we wait, the button on an approved campaign says Mark ready. Once the connection is live, it says Connect Meta. Meta asks you to sign in and grant ad access, then the campaign shows Running. Your card stays on your Meta account.
If you see That Meta sign-in link expired or Meta did not grant access, click Connect Meta again. Only someone who can publish Ads, like an owner, an admin, or a Manager on Ads, can connect Meta.
What is AdGo? 路 AdGo
AdGo is Ads in the left menu. It runs one ad campaign on Meta for one thing you want to promote. That can be one of your events with a public page (a show with tickets, a signup sheet, a fundraiser, or a conference night) or any link, like a website or a product page.
You answer a few questions, read a short plan in plain English, and approve it. Nothing spends until you approve and connect Meta.
It never spends more than the cap you set. A guard checks spend every 30 minutes and slows or pauses the campaign before it can go over. Ad spend is charged to your own Meta account. Your card stays with Meta, and SizzleGo never holds it.
Every Monday you get an email with results and money spent. You can also turn on a simple signup page for the ad to point to.
AdGo comes with the Community, School and District plans. On Free, you can pick it as your one extra product. See plans, credits and billing.
What is outcome pricing? 路 AdGo
Every campaign starts on flat pricing, which means AdGo is part of your plan. Outcome pricing is a choice you make per campaign, and only on a campaign that sells tickets to a show.
It costs $250 a month, plus $3 for each ticket bought within 7 days of an ad click, capped at $750 a month. The Outcome pricing section on the campaign page shows the exact terms before you switch.
It needs the landing page on, because that is how a ticket gets traced to an ad. A ticket counts when its buyer signed up on the landing page after clicking an ad. Until the page is on, the button says Turn on the landing page first.
To switch, click Switch to outcome pricing and confirm. The page then shows Attributed tickets, Billable, and the fee so far, marked preliminary until the period settles. To go back, click Switch back to flat pricing.
No card is charged automatically. A person at SizzleGo reviews every outcome bill before it goes out. Ad spend on Meta is separate and always billed by Meta.
Outcome pricing for signups, gifts, or links is not offered today.
What is the daily advisor? 路 AdGo
Once a day, an automatic advisor reads each running campaign and decides what, if anything, to change. Its most common decision is to do nothing. It can only slow spending, never raise it, and every decision is checked against the real numbers before it acts.
What it can do:
- Hold: change nothing and wait for more results.
- Reduce: turn the daily budget down, by half at most in one go.
- Ask for new ad copy: a note on the campaign page says how many new ads it wants and why.
- Flag it for you: you get an email that says Your ads need a decision.
On the campaign page, the Daily advisor section shows its latest decisions, why it made each one, and whether it was done or held back. Held back means the suggestion did not match the real numbers, so nothing changed. It also counts the rules and patterns it has learned. The section shows once the advisor has run.
Why did someone not get my message? 路 AdGo
Meta has a rule for business messages: you can message someone only within 24 hours of the last time they wrote to you or tapped a button. After that, you wait until they write again.
Chat follows the rule everywhere:
- A flow step that comes after the 24 hours stops, and the person's contact page says so.
- A broadcast reaches only people inside their 24 hours when it sends. The others show as Skipped with the reason.
- A sequence step that lands outside the 24 hours is skipped and counted, and the next step still waits its turn.
People who asked to stop, or whom a teammate is answering by hand, get nothing automatic either.

Tell us what you are trying to do and we will get back to you by email, usually within one business day, sooner during a live event.
For tickets and events, the Ask assistant answers most questions in seconds.
