Set up the first hello: welcome, questions and menu

In Chat settings, under First hello:

• Welcome flow runs the first time someone messages you and nothing else matches. Once per person.
• Questions people can tap: up to 4, each starting a flow. They show before someone types anything.
• Menu: up to 3 items, each starting a flow or opening a web address.

Saving sends them to Instagram and Messenger right away. A flow only runs once it is live, and a flow used here cannot be archived until you change these settings.
