The service
SizzleGo is a set of tools for organizations that run signups, conference nights, ticketed events, fund drives, school front offices, small ad campaigns, and newsletters. Sizzle runs it. Using it means you accept these terms. Mailing address: 871 Oklahoma Ave, Manchester, MO 63021.
Accounts
Organizers must be 18 or older and act for a real organization. You are responsible for what happens under your login and for the people you invite as members. Keep your sign in to yourself.
Prices
The free plan lets every product be tried and one live thing per product published. Paid plans are billed yearly through Stripe. Community is $399 a year or $39 a month. School starts at $1,999 per site per year. District pricing is by site count. The payment fee is one all in rate by plan, card processing included, shown before you publish. Tickets carry a flat fee per paid ticket. Credits pay for emails and texts. The pricing page is the printed promise and wins over anything else.
Money that passes through
Ticket sales and gifts go to the organizer's own Stripe account. SizzleGo keeps only the printed fee. Organizers set their own refund windows and are responsible for honoring them. We refund a buyer on the organizer's behalf when the organizer's rules allow it or when an event is cancelled.
What you promise
- You have permission to email and text the people you add, and you will honor every unsubscribe and STOP.
- You will not upload anything you do not have the right to share, and nothing unlawful, hateful, or deceptive.
- Schools entering student records have the authority to do so and will keep them accurate.
- Anything you post on a public page (an event description, a fund drive story, a newsletter) is yours. You give us the right to show it on SizzleGo and in the emails and texts you send through it.
What we promise
We keep the service running, keep your data safe, and tell you if something goes wrong. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms, harms other users, or puts the service at risk, and we will say why.
Limits
SizzleGo is provided as is. We are not responsible for a cancelled show, an empty fund drive, or a volunteer who does not turn up. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Disputes
Talk to us first at hello@sizzlego.com. Most problems are fixed the same week. If we cannot agree, disputes are settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as a class, unless the law where you live does not allow that.
Changes
When these terms change we update the date at the top and email organizers about anything that matters. Using SizzleGo after that means you accept the new terms.
