I can't sign in
Who signs in depends on who you are.
School staff
- Sign in at SizzleGo.com, using the sign in page.
- Use the same email your team invite was sent to. A different address makes a new, empty account.
- Forgot your password? Use the forgot password option on the sign in page.
- Signed in but no Conferences in the left menu? Your plan may not include SchoolConferenceGo, or your role may not have access. Ask your owner or admin to check Team and Settings, Billing.
Teachers
Teachers never sign in. They open the private link the office sends. If it says Link expired, ask the office to click Reset link under your name on the night page. See how teachers see their schedule.
Families
Families never need to sign in or make an account to book. They book from the school's link and manage their time from the link in their confirmation email. A parent who wants every booking, ticket, and fee in one place can sign in at SizzleGo.com/home with an email link or a text code. See your family home.
