A teacher is not showing on the booking page

Check these in order.

1. The night is a Draft. A draft night shows Coming Soon and no teachers at all. Click Publish on the night page.
2. The teacher is not on this night. Each night has its own teacher list. Open the night and look under Teachers. Add them with Add teachers.
3. A group filter is on. When teachers have different grades or subjects, the booking page shows filter links. Click All Teachers.
4. The teacher has no open times. The teacher is listed with 0 available slots. If they are fully booked, families see Join Waitlist. If their times are blocked, ask them to tap Unblock on their link.
5. Booking is closed. Families see Registration has closed. Click Reopen booking.

Good to know

• Check the spelling. A family looking for Mrs. Lopez may not spot Lopez, M.
• Click Open public page on the night to see exactly what families see.
