A teacher isn't appearing on the booking page

Reasons a teacher might not appear:

1. Not added to the conference - When creating a conference, specific teachers must be selected. Edit the conference to add missing teachers.

2. Teacher not in system - The teacher must first be added to your Team before they can be included in conferences.

3. No available slots - If all of a teacher's slots are booked, they may not appear prominently (depends on your settings).

4. Conference not published - Make sure the conference is published, not still in draft mode.

How to fix:

1. Go to Conferences > select the conference
2. Click "Edit"
3. In the teacher selection step, ensure all required teachers are checked
4. Save and republish

For teachers: Contact your school administrator if you should be included in a conference but aren't appearing.
