Your family home: everything for your kids in one place

Your family home is one page with everything from every school, PTA, and team that uses SizzleGo. There is no password and no account to create. Your emailed links still work too, so you never have to sign in if you do not want to.

Sign in with your email

1. Go to SizzleGo.com/home.
2. Under Sign in with email, type the email your school has for you.
3. Tap Email me a sign-in link.
4. Open the email called "Your SizzleGo sign-in link" and tap Open my family page.
5. On the page that opens, tap Open my family page once more. You are in.

The link works once, for 30 minutes. Rather use your phone? You can sign in with a text code instead.

What you see

• Needs you: things waiting on you, like a fee to pay, a form to sign, or a question to answer.
• Coming up: your next events, shifts, and conference times.
• Then each school or group, with your kids' names and sections for Tickets, Signups, Conferences, Giving, Forms and fees, Grades, Calendars, Messages, Newsletters, and Shop orders. Empty sections are hidden.
• Earlier: past items from the last 12 months.

Tap any item to open its own page, where you can pay, sign, change, or cancel.

Who can see it

• Only you. The page shows what is under your own email or mobile number, plus the kids your school lists you as a guardian for.
• Schools never see your family home, and one school never sees another school's items.
• Grades, attendance, forms, and fees show only for kids the school lists you as a guardian for.

Two parents

Each parent signs in with their own email or phone. Each sees their own tickets, signups, and gifts, plus the kids the school lists them for. A ticket the other parent bought shows on their page, not yours. If you share one family phone, items under each name show, marked with whose they are.

Good to know

• You stay signed in on that phone or computer for 30 days.
• Sign out on this device signs you out of your family home, your MessageGo inbox, and any school family page on that device.
• Signing in here also opens your MessageGo inbox.
• Signed in here, your school's family portal (grades, report cards, fees) opens without signing in again, for any school that lists you as a guardian. GazetteGo opens too if you already read it with the same email.
• Sign out of one school's portal and that school stays signed out on this device until you close the browser. Your family home stays signed in.
• Pick Español in the language menu at the top.
