Printing or Exporting Your Schedule

Get a paper copy or a spreadsheet for conference day.

Navigate to Your Schedule

From your Teacher Portal dashboard, find the conference you want.

Click Print Schedule

This opens a single printable table with the time, student, parent, phone, email, and any notes for each appointment.

Save as PDF (optional)

In your browser's print dialog, choose 'Save as PDF' instead of a physical printer if you'd rather keep a digital copy.

Or download a spreadsheet

Click 'Download CSV' instead if you'd rather have your schedule as a spreadsheet.
