Your name, room, and grade on the booking page

On the booking page, families see each teacher's name, grade or subject, and room. There is no profile page or photo for teachers to edit. The school office keeps these details on the night.

For teachers

If your name, grade, or room is wrong, ask the office to fix it. Your private link only shows your schedule and lets you block times.

For the office

1. Go to Conferences and click the night.
2. Under Teachers, click Edit under the teacher's name.
3. Fix the name, email, grade or subject, or room, and click Save.

Good to know

• The room also shows in each family's confirmation and reminder emails, so set it before booking opens if you can.
• The grade or subject becomes a filter on the booking page when a night has more than one group.
