Read the "How was your conference?" family feedback

The morning after your night ends, each family who was checked in gets one short email: How was your conference? If nobody was checked in that night, every booked family gets it instead. They tap a rating from 1 to 5 and can add a comment. You read the results on Reports. There is nothing to set up.

How it goes out

• It is sent the morning after the last date of the night, between 8 in the morning and 8 at night in your time zone.
• When you check anyone in, only checked in families are asked. So use the Check-in page on the night.
• It is one email per family, even if they met several teachers.
• It goes in the family's language, and it is free: no credits.
• Families booked with no email, and families who unsubscribed from reminders, are not asked.

Read the results

1. Go to Conferences and click Reports.
2. Under Family feedback, each night shows Asked, Answered, the Average out of 5, and how many gave each rating, as 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5.
3. Under What families said, read the comments. Each shows the rating, the night, the teachers the family met, and when they answered.

Good to know

• Families can answer for 30 days after the email. A second answer replaces the first.
• Up to 20 of the newest comments show per night.
• Before any answers come in, the section reads No answers yet.
