Can I add new teachers after the night is published?

Yes. Open the night under Conferences and use Add teachers or Import CSV. The new teacher gets the night's full grid of times and appears on the booking page right away, even while booking is open.

Then click Email each teacher their link, or copy the new teacher's link from the Teacher link column and send it yourself.
