Nudge the families who have not answered

When you send a message with a button or a question, MessageGo keeps a list of who is done and who is still out. A nudge resends the same message to only the families still out.

Steps

1. Go to Messages.
2. In the Who's done table, click the message.
3. Under Still out, click Nudge the and the number still waiting.
4. Confirm. The page shows how many families the nudge reached.

Good to know

• The nudge goes out with "Reminder:" in front of the subject, on the same channels as the first send.
• Each family keeps the same answer link, so an answer closes the same row.
• A nudge costs credits like any send: 1 per email, 3 per text part.
• The page shows how many times you nudged and when.
• If someone has stopped reading, a phone call may work better. See Find families who need a call.
