MessageGoAnswers and follow up
See who got your message
Every send has a delivery report. It shows each family, each channel, and why anyone was missed. Families not reached are listed first, so you know who to call.
Steps
- Go to Messages.
- In Recent sends, click the message. Right after a send you can also click See who got it.
- Read the tiles at the top: Families, Reached, Not reached, and counts for emails and texts.
- Scroll the table. A Not reached badge marks the families to follow up with.
- Click Download CSV to save it.
What the statuses mean
- Sent or Delivered: it went out. Delivered can take a few minutes to show.
- Bounced: the email address did not work.
- Held for quiet hours: the text goes out in the morning.
- In their MessageGo inbox (daily digest): they got it in their inbox.
- Skipped: with a reason, like no email on file, no mobile number, unsubscribed, opted out of texts, or never agreed to texts.
- Not sent: out of credits: the send stopped. Add credits and send again.
Good to know
- Leaders see reports for their own groups. Owners and admins see all of them.
- This shows delivery, not who read it. To know who acted, add a button or a question.
