Workflows: quiet helpers that watch the office

Beyond the always on unreported absence nudge, the Workflows page lets you turn on a few quiet helpers. Each becomes a task on your board when it triggers: a student with an absence pattern, a new family that never opened its link, or a family text sitting unread. You choose which to turn on and tune the thresholds; they stay off until you do.
