Connect Stripe so your drive can take gifts

SizzleGo does not hold your money. Every gift goes to your organization's own Stripe account, and from there it is paid out to your bank. Until Stripe is connected, there is nowhere for a gift to land, so Publish is blocked.

Before you start

You need to be an owner or admin. Have your organization's legal name, tax ID if you have one, and bank details ready.

Steps

1. Go to Settings, then Billing.
2. In the Payouts card, click Connect Stripe.
3. Finish Stripe's form. It takes about five minutes.
4. Back in SizzleGo, the card says Stripe connected. Open your drive and click Publish.

Good to know

• You can build the whole drive before connecting. Only publishing waits.
• You connect once. Tickets, the store, and fees use the same account.
• To change your bank later, click Update payout details.
