Add sponsors to a drive

Thank the businesses that back your drive. Active sponsors show in a Sponsored by strip on the public drive page.

Steps

1. Go to Fundraising, open the drive, and click Sponsors.
2. Under Add a sponsor, type the Name.
3. Add a logo and a link to their website if you have them. A link like mainstreetbakery.com works.
4. Pick a Tier: Gold, Silver, Bronze, Friend, or No tier. Higher tiers show first.
5. If they paid you directly, fill in Amount paid ($, your records only) and set Paid by to Check or Cash.
6. Click Add sponsor.

Good to know

• The amount is never shown to the public.
• When you record both an amount and a method, it shows on Money as cash or check. It is not part of any payout, because you already have it, and it does not change the drive thermometer.
• Sponsors do not pay through SizzleGo. Collect the check or cash yourself.
• Click Edit to fix a name, link, tier, or amount, or to replace or remove the logo. Click Hide to take a sponsor off the page while keeping your records.
