Why don't "Total raised" and "Total paid out" match?

"Total raised" is every dollar donors have given across your campaigns. "Total paid out" is the smaller, separately-tracked subset Stripe has actually deposited into your bank account so far. Money isn't spendable until it shows up in the payout total, even after a donation succeeds — payouts move on a rolling schedule, not instantly per-gift.
