How do reminder emails work?

From a campaign page, "Send reminders now" nudges participants who are behind pace on a live campaign, using whatever contact email they registered with. Participants with no email on file are skipped, not treated as an error. There's a minimum gap enforced between reminders to the same person so nobody gets spammed.
