Calendar reports and the weekly digest

The Reports page shows how families use your calendars and how reliably change alerts land. The weekly digest is a free email that tells each follower what is coming up.

Before you start

Reports are for owners and admins.

Steps

1. Go to Calendar and click Reports.
2. The top cards show total Followers, Changes logged, and Alerts delivered, with how many failed.
3. The table By calendar, most changed first lists the category, followers, events, and changes for each calendar.
4. Click a calendar's name to open it.

The weekly digest

• Every Sunday morning, each follower gets one email called Your week ahead. It lists the next seven days across every calendar they follow.
• You do not turn it on or send it. It goes out on its own.
• A follower with nothing coming up gets nothing that week.
• Only followers who confirmed their email get it, and only events on published calendars are listed. Cancelled events are left out.
• The digest is free. It costs no credits.
• It goes out in the follower's language. Event titles stay as you wrote them.
• Followers can change what they follow, or stop following, from the link at the bottom.

• The Change log on the main Calendar page lists recent moves and cancels across all calendars.
• Each calendar's own page has Recent changes too.
