Share your school page and put it on your website

Every school and PTA gets a public school page. It gathers what you already publish in SizzleGo, so families have one link for everything. There is nothing to build.

Share the link

1. Go to Home and scroll to Your public page.
2. Tap Copy link. Paste it in an email, a flyer, or your social bio.
3. Tap Open your page to see what families see.

The same Copy link is in Settings under Links for families. Tap Embed code and family page link on Home to go there.

Put it on your website

1. Go to Settings and scroll to Links for families.
2. Under Your public page, tap Copy embed code.
3. Paste it into your website builder’s HTML or embed block.

The embed is a small version: the next five events and three items per section. Links open in the full window.

Share the family page

Schools and districts also get a family page. Parents sign in there with their email to see grades, fees, forms, and emergency contacts.

1. Go to Settings, then Links for families.
2. Under Family page, tap Copy link.

Your public page links to it too, as Family sign-in: grades, fees, and forms.

What shows up

• Today’s lunch, from a public lunch calendar.
• Coming up: events from your public calendars.
• Open signups, tickets on sale, fundraisers, conference booking, and Join the PTA.
• Contact us: your address, phone, website, and email from Organization profile in Settings. Phone, optional and Website, optional are there too.
• For schools, a Family sign-in: grades, fees, and forms link.

Good to know

• Only live, public items show. Drafts, closed items, and private or unlisted calendars never do.
• Nothing about a student ever shows.
• Newsletters do not show on the public page, since one may go to a small group. Share a newsletter’s own link instead.
• Each section hides when it is empty. A new page says Nothing posted yet.
• The email only shows when it is not a staff member’s own address. To show one, set Reply to email in Settings to a shared office address, then tap Save profile.
