Buy credits and see what uses them
Credits pay for the emails and texts SizzleGo sends for you. One wallet covers every tool. One credit is one cent.
What uses credits
- An email is 1 credit.
- A text is 3 credits for each 160 characters.
- Team invites cost nothing.
- Your plan adds credits every month: 400 on Free, 1,500 on Community, 2,500 on School and District. Those are used first.
Buy a pack
- Go to Settings, then Credits, or click the credits count at the bottom of the left menu.
- Click Add credits. It opens Billing.
- Under Credit packs, click Buy pack on the one you want and pay by card.

Auto refill
- On the Credits page, check Refill automatically.
- Set When the balance drops to and pick the pack to Buy.
- Click Save auto refill. It needs a card on file, so buy one pack first.
Good to know
- Credits you buy never expire.
- When you run out, reminders pause until you add credits. Safety alerts still go out.
- The Ledger lists every credit added and spent, by tool. Send test email sends you one email for 1 credit.
- Only owners and admins can buy credits.
