Do parents and families need an account or a password?

No. Parents, buyers, donors, and volunteers never make a SizzleGo account. You sign up for a slot, buy a ticket, give to a fundraiser, or book a conference with just your name and email.

Your confirmation email has the links you need to see or change what you did. Keep it handy.

The family portal

Some schools use a family portal to show grades, attendance, and fees. It still has no password.

1. Open the family page link your school sent you.
2. Type the email address the school has on file.
3. Click Email me a link.
4. Open the email and click the link. You are signed in.

Good to know

• If no email arrives, the school may have a different address for you. Ask the front office to check it.
• There is no password to forget or reset.
