Team registration, entry fees, and rosters

Captains register their team on the tournament's public page. No account is needed. You choose whether to charge, and how.

Steps

1. When you create the tournament, set Min players per team and Max players per team.
2. To charge, tick Charge an entry fee (paid to your Stripe account).
3. Under Charge, pick Per team or Per player, then set the Team price ($) or Player price ($).
4. Tick Absorb the SizzleGo fee instead of adding it to the payer if you want to cover the fee.
5. Share the public page. The captain fills in the Team name, their name, email, and phone, adds teammates, and clicks Register team. If there is a fee, they pay next.

Good to know

• The captain gets an email with the team page. They can add or remove teammates there, up to your max.
• The same team link checks the team in on game day.
• The Teams table shows each captain, roster size, and check in time. A team that has not paid, or is short on players, is marked.
• Connect Stripe first under Settings, then Billing.
• The registration page works in English and Spanish.
