Where tournament entry fees go

Entry fees work like every other payment in SizzleGo. They go straight to your organization's Stripe account, then out to your bank.

Before you start

Connect Stripe once. Go to Settings, then Billing, and click Connect Stripe.

Steps

1. Tick Charge an entry fee when you create the tournament.
2. As captains pay, their teams become confirmed in the Teams table.
3. Go to Money to see what came in by tool and every payout to your bank.
4. Export from Money for your treasurer.

Good to know

• The payment fee depends on your plan: 5.9% + 60 cents per paid order on Free, 4.9% + 60 cents on Community, 4.4% + 50 cents on School, and 3.9% + 40 cents on District. Card processing is included.
• By default the fee is added to what the captain pays. You can absorb it instead.
• SizzleGo pays out to your bank once a day, for every entry fee that has cleared in Stripe (usually about two business days after the captain pays).
• The tournament page has no separate money summary. Money shows it with everything else.
