Staff appreciation signups

The Staff Appreciation template opens an items signup, the same shape as a potluck. List what you want families to bring for a staff lunch, a treat cart, or gifts.

Steps

1. Go to Signups, click Browse templates, and pick Staff Appreciation. Or click Create a signup and pick Potluck.
2. Name it, like Teacher Appreciation Lunch, and add a short note. Click Continue.
3. Set the Date, times, and place. Click Continue.
4. Under Items to bring, list each item, like Salad, Drinks, or Gift cards, and how many you need.
5. To collect money instead of items, type a price next to an item. You need Stripe connected for paid items.
6. Click Create and publish and share the link with families.

Good to know

• For a week of daily treats, make one signup per day so each has its own date and reminder.
• Families get a reminder email the day before.
• Share the link in a newsletter to reach every opted-in family at once.
