Share your signup link

Once a signup is open, its page gives you everything you need to share it.

Steps

1. Go to Signups and open the signup.
2. If it says Draft, click Publish.
3. On the Open card, click Copy link.
4. Paste the link into an email, a class group text, your newsletter, or a social post.
5. For paper, save or print the QR code on the same card and add it to a flyer.
6. Click Open public page to see exactly what families see.

Good to know

• Families do not need an account or an app. They sign up in two taps.
• The link stays the same if you close and reopen the signup.
• To reach every opted-in family at once, put the link in a newsletter.
• Link the signup from a calendar event, so families tap through from the school calendar.
• Watch the Filled card to see spots fill up.
