The time I wanted is not available

Times are first come, first served. A faded time is already booked, blocked by the teacher, or already past.

What you can do

1. Pick another time with the same teacher.
2. Join the waitlist. When every time with a teacher is taken, you see Join Waitlist instead. Fill in your details. If someone cancels, the first family waiting gets an email, and a text if they asked for texts. The first family to book the open time gets it, so book as soon as you see it.
3. Call the school office. They can book for you.

Messages you might see

• Oops! That slot was just taken: someone booked it a moment before you. Pick another.
• To book more, please cancel an existing appointment first.: you reached your school's limit per family.
• You already have a meeting at that time.: two of your meetings would overlap.
• You already have this teacher for this student.: change that booking from your email instead.
