View and print transcripts and GPA
A transcript is built from a student's issued report cards. Owners and admins can open it.
Steps
- In the rail, open Classes. Under Office, click Transcripts.
- Click the student's name. You see the cumulative GPA, credits earned, and a card for each term with every class, percent, letter, and credits.
- Click Print transcript. The printed copy has your school name and address, "Official transcript" with the print date, and a signature line.
How GPA works
- Each letter is worth the GPA points on your grading scale.
- Classes are weighted by their credits. A half credit class counts half as much as a one credit class. A class with no credits set counts as one.
- Points are frozen when the card is issued, so a later change to the scale does not rewrite old terms.
Good to know
- Only issued report cards show. If a term is missing, issue it from Report cards.
- Set class credits on the Schedule page.
- Every time someone opens a transcript, it is logged.
