Track credits toward graduation

The Graduation page shows each student's credits earned and how many they still need. Owners and admins can open it.

Steps

1. In the rail, open Classes. Under Office, click Master schedule. Type the Credits each class is worth and click Save on each class.
2. Back on the Homeroom page, under Office, click Graduation.
3. Type the Credits to graduate, like 24, and click Save requirement.
4. Read the table. Each student shows Credits earned, Remaining, and a Status of Met or how many to go. Click a name to open the transcript.

Good to know

• Credits come only from issued report cards. A class earns its credits once the student passes it.
• Passing means a letter worth more than 0 points on your grading scale. On the standard scale that is D or better.
• Credits are frozen when the card is issued. Changing a class's credits later does not change past terms.
