Why is a tool locked?

There are two reasons a tool is locked.

Your plan does not include it

On Create the tool shows Unlock. On All tools it says which plan it is on. Opening it shows a card like EventTicketGo is on the Community plan.

• Click See plans to upgrade.
• On Free with no extra product picked yet, click Make this my free product to open it now.
• On Free you already picked another one? Switch it under Settings while nothing is live, or upgrade to Community for all 8.

An admin has not given you access

If your plan has the tool but you do not, you see You do not have access yet. Ask the owner or an admin to add it for you on Team.

Good to know

• CalendarGo, GazetteGo, and SignUpGo are free on every plan.
• Front office, Sports, and Homeroom are on School and District only.
• Some features are locked inside a tool too, like the person page and Board handoff on Community.
