Use the district dashboard

On the District plan, district admins get one screen with every school under the district.

Before you start

• Your organization must be a district on the District plan. We set this up and attach your schools when the contract is signed.
• You must be an owner or admin of the district.

Steps

1. Click District in the left menu.
2. Read the table. Each school shows Live items, Contacts, Members, and money Collected.
3. Click Open to work inside a school.
4. Click Back to district at the top of the menu to return.

Good to know

• The top line shows how many sites you have and your data privacy agreement status.
• Each school under the district is covered by the district's plan and its signed privacy agreement.
• No sites yet? We attach them when the contract is signed. Email us if one is missing.
• District pricing starts at $1,399 a year per site.
