Check teams in on game day

Every team has its own check-in link. On game day, the team taps it, or your staff open it, and the team is marked present. There is no scanner app and no staff login.

Steps

1. Open the tournament from Signups, then Tournaments.
2. In the Teams table, each row has a roster link and a check-in link.
3. Captains get the same links in their registration email.
4. On game day, open the team's check-in link and tap the Check in button with the team's name.
5. The Checked in column shows the time.

Good to know

• Opening the link alone does not check a team in. Someone must tap the button, so a link preview cannot mark a team present.
• Tapping it twice does no harm.
• For a check-in table, keep the tournament page open on a tablet and open each team's link from there.
• The check-in page works in English and Spanish.
• Scanning spectator tickets is part of EventTicketGo.
