Parent-teacher conference template

Conferences are not signup sheets. The Parent-Teacher Conference template opens SchoolConferenceGo, built for booking families with many teachers in one night.

Steps

1. Go to Signups, click Browse templates, and pick Parent-Teacher Conference. Or go to Conferences in the menu.
2. Follow the steps to set the date, times, and slot length.
3. Add your teachers, or import them from a spreadsheet.
4. Publish and share the booking link with families.

Good to know

• Families book without an account and can book several teachers.
• SchoolConferenceGo is part of the Community plan and up, or you can pick it as your free extra product on Free.
• Teachers see their own schedule, and families get reminders before their time.
• Start with Create a conference and Add teachers.
