Can I invite other people to help manage signups?

Yes. Go to Team, enter their Email, and pick an access preset. PTA volunteer can build and edit signups, fundraisers, and ticketed events. Click Send invite. They get an email to join, with their own sign in, so nobody shares a password. The Free plan includes 2 organizers. Community and up include unlimited.
