Invite your team and set what they can do

Run your group with more than one person. Each person signs in with their own account, so nobody shares a password.

Steps

1. Go to Team.
2. Enter their Email.
3. Under Access, pick a preset. PTA volunteer can build and edit signups, fundraisers, and ticketed events. Admin can do everything, billing included. Viewer sees everything, read only. Custom starts with nothing, so you add exact functions.
4. Click Send invite. They get an email to join.
5. To fine tune later, find them in the list and add a function, like Signups, with a level: Viewer, Editor, Manager, or Admin.

Good to know

• The Free plan includes 2 organizers. Community and up include unlimited organizers.
• Each preset shows what that person sees and cannot see before you send.
• The owner can hand over ownership with Make owner. Keep at least two admins so you are never locked out.
• When a board term ends, change the person's access to remove what they no longer need.
• Changes are recorded in Settings, under Audit trail.
