Branding & Customization

Make every event page and confirmation email look like your organization, not ours. Upload a logo, pick your brand colors, add hero images to each event, and every email your attendees receive will carry your identity. This is available on paid plans and set up from the Branding Onboarding flow.

When to use it

  • Schools matching event pages to district branding
  • PTOs using their own logo on ticket emails
  • Booster clubs adding their colors and mascot image
  • Tournaments featuring a sponsor-provided hero image
  • Non-profits keeping a consistent visual identity across all events

What you get

  • Logo upload (available on every plan, including Free) used on event pages, public shop, and email headers
  • Brand color picker for primary accents (paid plans)
  • Per-event hero images via the event image uploader
  • Consistent branding across emails (solid dark blue + pink CTAs by default)
  • Event image crop tool for the correct aspect ratio
  • Public image upload endpoint at /api/images/upload/public-event
  • "Live preview" link in Settings > General that opens your public shop in a new tab to see branding changes immediately
  • Preview before publishing so nothing looks off

Setup

  1. Go to Settings > General (or complete the Branding Onboarding when prompted)
  2. Upload your logo (SVG or high-res PNG works best) - Free plans can upload a logo too
  3. On paid plans, pick a primary color - it applies to buttons, event pages, and your public shop
  4. Click the "Live preview" link to open /shop/:your-slug in a new tab and verify your branding
  5. Save - your next event, shop visit, and email will use the new branding
  6. To add an event image, open any event's edit page and use the Event Image section
  7. Crop the image to the recommended aspect ratio and save
  8. Publish - the public event page shows your hero image above the signup form

Tips

  • Use a transparent-background logo (PNG or SVG) so it looks clean on both white and dark backgrounds
  • Pick a primary color with strong contrast against white - it drives clickthrough on CTAs
  • Event hero images should be high-resolution and landscape orientation
  • Avoid text inside hero images - it can get cropped on mobile
  • Use the Live preview link after every branding change - it's the fastest way to catch a logo or color that doesn't look right on the public shop
  • If the Branding Onboarding banner appears, complete it right away - it takes about 5 minutes
