Who can see appointment information?

• School staff whose role includes Conferences see every booking on the night page, the Check-in page, and Reports.
• Each teacher sees only their own schedule, through their private link: parent and student names, comments, and interpreter requests. The link stops working a week after the night.
• Each family sees only their own appointment, through the link in their confirmation.
• Other families on the booking page see only which times are open. They never see who booked.

Anyone holding a private link can open it, so do not forward yours.
