Join or leave the class directory

If your school turned on the class directory, you can share your details with the other families in your child’s class. It helps with playdates, carpools, and birthday invites.

Steps

1. Sign in to the family portal. See Sign in to the family portal.
2. Scroll to Class directory.
3. Tick what you want to share: Show my name, Show my email, Show my phone.
4. Tap Save my choices.
5. Tap See the class directory to see the families who chose to share.

To leave

Untick all three boxes and tap Save my choices. You can change this any time.

What is shared

• Only what you tick. Everything starts off.
• Your child shows as a first name and last initial.
• Only signed in families with a child in the same class see it. It is never public.
• Please use it for school things only, never for selling.

Good to know

• If you do not see Class directory, your school has not turned it on.
• If your child is not in a class yet, there is no one to show.
