Chase families who have not signed a permission slip

SizzleGo reminds families who have not signed as the due date gets close. You can also send a reminder yourself at any time.

See who is still out

1. Go to Front office, then Forms.
2. The Done column shows how many children are done out of the total.
3. Tap the form name. Children still waiting are at the top, with their guardians listed.

Send a reminder now

1. On the form page, tap Remind the waiting families.
2. Confirm. The page shows progress while it sends, then how many families were reminded.

Automatic reminders

• Three days before the due date, families who have not signed get an email.
• If you ticked Allow a text on the last day, they also get a text one day before it is due.
• A family drops off the list as soon as they sign.

Good to know

• Each email uses 1 credit. Each text uses 3 credits per 160 characters.
• A family gets your manual reminder once a day at most, so pressing again is safe.
• If credits run out, sending stops and the page tells you to check your credits.
• Status Signed, waiting on payment means the slip has a fee that is not paid yet. Those families are reminded too.
• Tap Download CSV for a list of every child, status, and answer.
