Pay school fees by card

Your school can post fees for things like art supplies, a field trip, or a yearbook. You see what you owe on your family page and can pay by card in a minute.

Steps

1. Open your family page from the link in any email from the school.
2. Find the Fees section. It shows your Balance and each open fee with your child’s name, the due date, and any note from the school.
3. Every fee is checked. Uncheck any you want to pay later.
4. Tap Pay selected by card.
5. Check the total. It shows the fees plus card processing.
6. Enter your card and tap Pay.

You see Paid. Thank you. and a receipt arrives by email.

Good to know

• Paying by card adds a small processing fee. You see it before you pay. The school gets the full fee.
• You can also bring cash or a check to the office.
• Paid fees stay on your page under Paid with the date and amount.
• If another guardian already paid the same fee, your payment goes back to your card on its own. You get an email.
• If you signed in to the family portal, you can pay fees there the same way.
