What do our door volunteers need? An app? Accounts?

Just a phone with a camera. No app, no login, no staff accounts.

Steps

1. Go to Tickets and open the event.
2. In the Door section, type a Label like "Front door" and press Make a door link.
3. Copy the link from the table and text or email it to the volunteer.
4. They open it and allow the camera. They point it at each ticket.

Good to know

• Make one link per door or per volunteer, so you can turn off just one.
• A link works until six hours after the show ends, and always for at least a day. A link made at Thursday rehearsal still works Friday night.
• No camera, or a ticket will not scan? Type the short code printed under the QR in Enter a code by hand.
• If a phone goes missing, press Turn off next to that link.
• Two phones scanning the same ticket at once cannot both let it in.
