Run a supply or donation drive

The Donation & Supply Drive template opens a supplies signup. You list the things you need with quantities. Families pick what they will bring and can take more than one.

Steps

1. Go to Signups, click Browse templates, and pick Donation & Supply Drive.
2. Name the drive and add a note, like where to drop things off. Click Continue.
3. Set the drop off date and place. Click Continue.
4. Under Items to bring, list each item and how many you need, like Tissues, 10.
5. The form asks for the student's name and class, so you know which room it is for. Turn that off under Signup form if you do not need it.
6. Click Create and publish and share the link.

Good to know

• When an item reaches its quantity, it shows as full, so you do not get 40 glue sticks.
• Download the CSV from the signup page to see who is bringing what.
