After-school programs and club signups

The After-School Programs template opens a time slots signup. Parents pick a slot and give the student's name. It works well for a single session, like a club fair, a tutoring day, or a trial class.

Steps

1. Go to Signups, click Browse templates, and pick After-School Programs.
2. Name it and add the program details. Click Continue.
3. Set the Date and the Starts and Ends times. Click Continue.
4. Under Times, set Minutes per slot and People per slot. Slots are cut for you.
5. For one group per club instead of times, turn on Spots and list each club with its head count.
6. Add a price to a spot if the program costs money. Stripe must be connected.
7. Click Create and publish and share the link.

Good to know

• Each signup covers one date. For a weekly club, make a signup per session, and post the season on a calendar.
• The form asks for the student's name and class by default.
• Keep the waitlist on so popular clubs fill when someone drops. It is on by default.
