Enrichment and activity calendars

The Enrichment Calendar and Calendar Manager templates open CalendarGo, not a signup. A calendar is the right tool for many dates: a season of sessions, a camp week, or a monthly activity list.

Steps

1. Go to Signups, click Browse templates, and pick Enrichment Calendar. Or go to Calendar and click Create a calendar.
2. Name it, pick a color and a Category, and click Create calendar.
3. Add each session with Add an event. A weekly session can repeat until a date.
4. Click Publish and share the public page.
5. If a session needs a head count, make a signup for it and link the event to it under Link to an activity.

• Families can follow the calendar for change alerts and add it to their phone.
