Post local games and scores

Post local games so residents of the GazetteGo neighborhood app see what is coming up and how recent games ended. This is for town staff. For a school team season page, use Sports (SportsHubGo) instead.

Steps

1. Go to Newsletter, then Manage local sports.
2. Under Post a game, fill in Category (for example, Little League), Home team, Away team and Starts. League, optional and Location, optional are extra.
3. Leave Status on scheduled and click Post game.
4. After the game, find it under Games. Type the Home and Away scores, set Status to final, and click Save score.

Good to know

• Residents see games from the past week and everything coming up.
• A blank score box means no score yet, not zero.
• To fix a wrong score, type the right one and click Save score. There is no delete button for a game.
• The Games list shows the 50 most recent.
