Whose bank account does ticket money land in?

Yours. Go to Settings, then Billing, and press Connect Stripe under Payouts. Stripe asks for your organization and bank details. It takes about five minutes.

Each paid order goes to that Stripe account, minus the one payment fee if you chose to absorb it. Each show then pays out to the bank you linked, about seven days after it ends.

Good to know

• Until Stripe finishes checking your details, the page says payouts turn on soon. You can still sell once charges are on.
• Use Update payout details on the same page to change the bank.
