Import your Eventbrite attendees

Leaving Eventbrite? Bring your audience with you so you can reach them about your next show. This brings people, not events. You build new events in SizzleGo.

Steps

1. In Eventbrite, open your event, go to Manage Attendees, and export the attendee list as a CSV.
2. In SizzleGo, go to Tickets and press Coming from Eventbrite?. Once you have events, the link reads Import from Eventbrite.
3. Under Upload your Eventbrite attendee CSV, pick the file.
4. Press Import my audience.
5. The page tells you how many contacts came in, how many rows were skipped, and which ticket types it saw. Press See your contacts.

Good to know

• Each person is tagged eventbrite, plus a tag for their ticket type, like "eb:adult".
• People already in your list are matched by email, never doubled.
• Rows with no email are skipped.
• Repeat it for each past event you want to bring over.
• The link is always on the Tickets list, so you can import again after your first event.
