How do accessible (ADA) seats work?

Accessible seats are marked on your seat map with their own symbol. Buyers pick them on the same page, at the same price as nearby seats. A buyer can pick the seat next to it for a companion in the same order.

Nobody is ever asked for proof of a disability.

Good to know

• Which seats are accessible is set in the seat map. To change them, email hello@sizzlego.com.
• The app does not hold accessible seats back or pair them only with companions. If you need some held, block them in the map and give them out with comp tickets.
• General admission events have no seats, so plan accessible space in the room yourself.
