EventTicketGoPricing & Money
Read your ticket Earnings page
The Earnings page is the money report for all your ticketed events. Treasurers like it.
Steps
- Go to Tickets and press Earnings. The button shows once you have at least one event.
- Read the cards at the top: Net to you, Gross sales with the ticket count, SizzleGo fees, and Refunded if there were refunds.
- Under the cards, one line says if your Stripe payouts are set up.
- The table lists each show: When, Sold, Gross, Fees, Net, and Payout. Click a show name to open it.
What the numbers mean
- Gross is ticket and extras money on orders that are still paid. Comps and refunded orders are left out.
- Fees is the one payment fee, card processing included. Nothing else is taken.
- Net is what you keep. If buyers paid the fee, Net equals Gross.
- Payout reads Scheduled for a date, Paid out, or No payout, nothing sold. If it failed, it says why.
Good to know
- Each show pays out about seven days after it ends.
- If you sell season packages, a Package sales table shows them too. That money is already split into the show rows.
