Can we see who's sitting where, and move people?

Yes, for reserved seat events.

1. Go to Tickets and open the event.
2. Scroll to Attendees. Each row shows the seat, the name, the serial, what was paid, and the status (Valid, In, Refunded, or Void).
3. To move someone, pick an open seat in the Move column and press Move.

The ticket holder gets an email that their seat changed. Their link and QR code keep working and show the new seat at the door. There is no charge for the move.

Good to know

• Only open, unblocked seats are in the list. If it says "full", there is nowhere to move them.
• General admission events have no seats, so there is no Move column.
• Use Download attendees (CSV) for a printable list.
