Lacrosse tournaments are higher-intensity than most youth sports: shorter game clocks, faster rotations, and strict field requirements. Planning is non-negotiable.
Pre-tournament draw
Seed the draw by regular-season record or preseason ranking. Publish the draw 2 weeks out so teams can plan travel.
Field schedule
Most youth lacrosse tournaments need 4-6 fields. Build the master schedule so every field fires every 60 minutes, with 15-minute warmup windows between games.
Officials
Two-man or three-man officiating crews. Build a staff template so officials get assigned to fields automatically, with no ref working more than 5 games in a row.
Championships
Single-elimination bracket from pool play standings. Publish live to a public bracket URL.
